I like who I’m becoming and God is an inseparable part of that. As I’ve been developing, I have been trying to figure out how to explain to people who Christianity as a religion is flawed like all religions but Christianity as a faith is more than church on Sunday, it’s a love story everyday.
Being up to 121 posts since the relaunch of Everything’s Magnificent leaves a great feeling. This is one of the few times in my life where I set out to do something and truly made it a part of who I am. I have created content, branding, and a new direction for my life to head into. The interesting thing is, God wants more.
I already talked about my aspirations with music with Top of the Bucket List: Pick up some Instruments but today I want to go a little deeper. I want to talk about the music I love and finding out how to create again. How do you go back to an old love?
I’m taking today off but I wanted to share what my plan is for the next week. I’m trying out something new while using the weekly posts as a template. Next week will have a theme of relationships. It’s a puzzling conundrum when your livelihood and passion collide. We fantasize about getting paid boatloads of money for talents but never think about what makes it a passion. What happens when you take away the fluidity, spontaneity, and freedom from a hobby? What do you do knowing that you have to be creative or else the bills won’t get paid?
The most contradictory statement to come out of my mouth recently has been “I can’t write”.
